Convenient and nice river view

5 mins walk from terminal station of bus 849 from xindian, taipei. Nice view of river and just next to old street. Very convenient. There are both in room and outdoor hotspring pools. Room is clean but our bathroom smells and bed is not comfortable. Nonetheless, enjoyed my 2 nights stay being so close to nature. Great experience.

輕井澤的位置很好，門口有許多路邊停車，需自費。櫃檯接待服務也很好，有禮貌，還會打電話提醒住宿。 房間空間適中，備品皆有，窗外可看到河，很不錯，也有暖氣，但機器老舊聲音較大。 多處清潔待處理，如電視後方灰塵很多、床單太薄太短，無法包覆好整張床，尤其床頭，床墊會露出，床墊的污漬就會露出。牆壁也有髒污，所以枕頭靠牆的那面會有黑點。浴室還ok,馬桶乾淨，但排水管有味道，廁所紗窗灰塵也很多。 如果業者想好好經營，建議要重整整潔度還有設備維護，不然地點很好，很可惜。

完全不推薦！

溫泉大眾池環境蠻髒的，湯屋的浴缸邊緣有發霉現象，似乎沒人打掃！房間床上會發現幾隻小蟲和螞蟻，冷氣網和浴室抽風網都充滿灰塵！住宿不含早餐也只能停外面的公有停車場，住宿一天的停車費高達600多元！真的很不划算也不推薦的溫泉會館！

有所取捨的住宿

離老街很近，停車方便(旅館無停車服務，僅鄰近路邊有計次收費停車格)，旁邊有全家便利超商，對面有烏來派出所(感覺比較安全)，飯店有提供免費黑咖啡，旅館樓下靠近桶後溪邊有露天泡湯池，一樓靠近溪邊有景觀路台，可在那邊用餐欣賞風景，雖服務人員都很好很熱心，但旅館整體清潔度還有很大的進步空間。

近烏來老街

離老街很近，服務態度其實沒有網路上說的差。住起來還可以。比較可惜的是本來想開窗戶，但紗窗有破損。地板溼溼的，可能因為濕氣太重。房型他給的是兩張單人床不是一張雙人床，跟預期的不同，所以選房型的時候要特別備註一下以免有落差。

The room isn't clean, there're trash from prevoius guests. The toilet is poor and needs to flush several times. No free Wifi after 10pm. Bad experience and won't come to the hotel again.
