"I had booked a room for a Friday night through Hotels.com. I knew I was gonna be arriving late so I let them know. I ended up getting there at 4 AM and just needed a couple hours of sleep in the shower before I headed to my event. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no signage stating that it actually was a hotel. #1. When I walked into the lobby, there was nobody around, but there was a sign stating that the lobby closed at 10 o’clock and to give the listed phone number or call if you need assistance. So I called the number I let it ring for about 10 minutes and nobody answered. And there was not a sole around. I had contacted the hotel and told them when I was going to be arriving and they said somebody would be in the lobby to check me in. Well, nobody was there. I waited and waited and ended up calling Hotels.com and they tried calling them also and nobody answered, so they said their hands were tied, and there was nothing they could do to help me. To my amazement and disappointment, I was unable to check into my hotel after a 4 1/2 hour drive. I called around and just about every place was booked or cost four times the amount of the reservation that I had. I was at a loss. I drove to three hotels and nobody had a room. Finally, I found a hotel that was 10 minutes away, and they were able to accommodate me at twice the cost of my original hotel. What kind of hotel doesn’t staff after lobby 24 seven? Absolutely ridiculous I suggest you find another place."

"The staff, especially Rosseanne, was the best. She was very friendly, attentive, and made sure that if we needed anything, we knew where to get it or who to get it from. Great property!"

"Not happy that we had to pay an extra $100 to have our 2 dogs with us. We booked it with pets. Shower bathing supplies were empty. Pretty unimpressed with Hotels.com. Never using them again."
