I don’t typically take the time to write long reviews, but my experience at The Barnett was disappointing enough that I believe it’s worth sharing—especially for others who are considering staying here based on the hotel’s aesthetic or reputation.
I rented five nights’ worth of rooms for a work trip. I stayed from June 4–6, and I booked a second room for my assistant ) from June 4–7. I intentionally chose The Barnett over several other beautiful and more affordable hotels, based on what I expected from a property affiliated with the Ace Hotel name.
