Wonderful property with the loveliest valet staff. Already miss it. Good breakfast and beautiful courtyard. Huge rooms! Short walk to Riverwalk and downtown. Would recommend highly!!

The location was convenient and pet friendly. However, our bathroom wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. I went to the front desk to let them know that the bathroom has to be cleaned, but no response from housekeeping.

We were surprised for a Sonesta property to be dirty. Also, heads up. If you want your room cleaned and fresh towels you have to request 24 hours in advance. People want to work half the time but want paid top dollar.

So it looks nothing like the pictures, it looks like an old apartment complex that they turned into a hotel, the tub was dirty and the paint was chipped, the carpet was old and stained. We stayed 3 nights and they never cleaned our room after we asked. The front desk staff was inadequate with helping us after our complaints. It took forever to get towels and they brought them in a trash bag. I called corporate

I like that the property was only about a 10 or 15 min walk from some shops and close to restaurants. Although the breakfast that they serve isnt a great variety, the point ia that they do serve breakfast unlike some other hotels or you have to pay for the breakfast. I didn't like that the walls are thin enough that I could hear the conversations next door, some that were not pleasant, especially for a person of color to hear.

It's ok. Room are clean. No cleaning service though. Breakfast that is included is not great. Upon checkout, no one asked how our stay was. Just drop you key here. I guess you can't expect much at this dollar value.
