Day front desk gentleman was very helpful to the best of his capacity. Had to change rooms, tub was awful and couldn't shower the whole stay ( 5 days) due to filth. A couple of big functions going on in area so all hotels and such were booked otherwise we would have gone elsewhere. Definitely do not recommend until major improvements are done.

So dirty and gross. Bugs flying around the room. The hallways and elevator smelled terrible. The mattress on the sofa bed was filthy and they would not even give me an extra comforter to use. Never again.

Nothing but complete FILTH!!!! Strong smell of WEED in every common area!! Parking lot is small so you may have to park in a shady lot across the street that was full of broken glass from cars being broken into.This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed at in my entire life. 100% filthy!!! Kids feet and socks were disgusting within 3 minutes of being without shoes on. Wires hanging out of the wall where there is supposed to be smoke detectors, stopped up sink, leak inder sink, tub/shower rusted, broken bed with a piece of wood holding it up, musty mold and smoke smell, lumpy old mattress. Sad part is we were there on a very busy holiday weekend and unable to find anything else and were stuck.We had to go out and buy air freshener to keep the room smelling half way decent. Do yourself a HUGE favor and STAY AWAY!!!

Overall, I will give this reading two stars because the room was not ready when I got there then it was barely clean. Customer service could be way better than what it was. Air conditioner was broken. Refrigerator didn’t get cold and we didn’t have any hot water. I was just grateful to have a place to stay.

The room was clean. Most of the staff were very nice. We were here exactly 55 hours, and in that time, we were without any water, then without hot water, then with a clogged toilet. They gave us a plunger but that didn't work. They were sending someone to fix it but he didn't show up.

The first day I was without water from check in time at 3 until 7 p.m. The next morning I woke up to take a shower before checking out only to find there was no hot water . The bath tub felt like it was leaning, it was dirty. The only good thing during my stay was the front desk staff were really nice. First and last time staying there.

This property was a nightmare. There was no hot water for both days we were there. We had to relocate to another room because our room smelled terrible. The room was in horrible condition… the TV was missing a leg/support and was held in place with a roll of toilet paper, the smoke detector was removed from the wall and was lying in a drawer, the hairdryer was missing and the replacement provided by the front desk did not work, there were large stains on the carpet, the bathroom sink had not been cleaned and had human excrement smeared on it, there was rusty holes in the bathtub, there were holes in the bathroom walls, etc.

The pictures are old or from another location. If I can upload pictures I will. DO NOT stay in this bed bug, roach infested, prostitution, motel . This the worst choice say I’ve been in. My family and I complain and they lied and said we didn’t and told us things about what’s going on with the proper and act like they didn’t. Mold, stain dirty tubs, elevators getting stuck, keys not working, smells like smoke, dirty, no smoke detectors. Be careful

The hotel reeked of cigarettes and body odor. As i walked down the hall I heard a couple engaging in activities. Sheetrock was crumbling in the elevator. They moved my room bc the key wouldn't work. After i got into the room i wouldn't put my bags down. I walked out and checked out immediately and booked a hotel a few miles away. The desk agent was so nice and apologetic. This hotel has changed since I used it 3 1/2 years ago.

1st room we were sent to hadn’t been cleaned and bed not made. 2 nd room the refrigerator didn’t work but was traded out upon notification. Granite in bathroom was cracked, pealing side table laminate , smoke alarm dismantled and in a draw. Hallway smelled and all around dirty and needing fixing.
