Did not get the two rooms that I requested. Check in by phone took over 45 minutes, we spoke with four other groups that went through the same process we did. Air conditioner was great, property manager was delightful. Housekeeping was very nice.

Loved everything except check in . When we arrived it kept saying check in unavailable.we has to ring a number which put you through every place but new Orleans so has to pick one. Very helpful and got it sorted. Very pleasant stay it's just two mins from French quarter so quiet .had all amenities and a overall pleasant stay

Located in a great spot right on canal couple min walk to the French quarter. Super clean and pretty quiet parking is kinda pricey since you have to pay for a garage somewhere but would definitely book again

NOLA trip for Mardi Gras!

It was a great week there! Great communication with Roami staff through text. The space was great and didn’t feel cramped, especially with the large refrigerator that held our leftovers and drinks. Would love to stay there again and also try out the other locations! Overall, a great experience!

We loved the location. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the balcony because of the crazy loud construction going on in front of the building. Had I known, I would have chosen a different room. Other than that inconvenience, it was a wonderful stay!!

Useful studio room with everything you need.

Only stayed 1 night but could see it being an incredibly useful place to stay for much longer. The balcony was beautiful and a great touch to have a bit of outside space. Highly recommend.

Once inside, very very nice. My balcony overlooked a very nice parking lot :( the AC unit was set on remote control, i had no control of the temp, i reached out to the number provided during normal business hours and to this day never received a response. It didn't ruin my visit but it would have been nice to not be freezing in the room that overlooked the nice parking lot.

Loud, but loved it!

Property was very very clean! Nice and spacious. Gorgeous balcony views! Great location. We were able to walk easily to the Saenger and to Bourbon St. I only have 1 major complaint: IT WAS SO LOUD. Yes, I realize it was Canal St. on a Saturday night. Sirens, excessive honking, people yelling and loud music kept us most of the night even with a noise machine. So if this is worrisome to you, I’d choose to stay on a side street where it would be a little quieter. Overall, we LOVED it and would stay again!

Not as advertised!! Asked for a two bedroom, got two separate studio apartments. On a family vacation! Bedding had stains. Towels stained. Common areas very clean. Roami did supply laundry detergent. Easy location to come and go from. Surprisingly quiet.

The room was spacious and modern. Bed very comfortable. Did not like lack of natural light. Next time , I’ll order room with balcony and a view. Not in great surroundings but close to everything and reasonable price. Communications was great. Would come again if on a budget .

The location of this place was our absolute favorite because it was just barely outside of all the fun. The place itself was picked up and tidy but not so much clean. I found an eyelash in the bed, there was hair in the walls of the shower, and the shower gel pump was broken. Over all we really liked the safety features the building had to offer and it was aesthetically pleasing.

There was mold growing on the ceiling and baseboards as you walk in. Our studio had traces of long hair everywhere in the shower when we arrived. The surrounding area is not the cleanest. Convenient location, only about 2 blocks from Bourbon St.

In a good location however I had multiple issues with my code not working so there were times that I had to wait outside for periods of time until I could get ahold of someone to keep fixing the issue. The thermostat would also not turn on sometimes so the room would get very hot.
