Travel here for my birthday Aug 20th through the 24th 2026, I loved everything about the property check in was a breeze keyless entry. the cleanliness of the entire building on the inside, it was huge 1 bed 1/12 baths washer & dryer full kitchen It was the bomb!!!! the property location was near literally everything walking distance. I would definitely stay here when I come back for sure

this was my second time booking at this place after the first time went very well and is a great location. this time a round, we arrived around 9:30 pm after driving 8 hours and went to unlock the door with the code and there was someone inside already. the room was double booked and the person had been there a week already. luckily getting ahold of someone wasn't too difficult and they booked us in another one of their properties which turned out to be a good room overall but was further than the property i originally booked. honestly not sure if ill book here again, but the room we ended up staying in was clean overall, the shower curtain was a bit too high and the floor got wet but we did have a stand up shower and a separate bathtub with his and hers sinks. full kitchen and overall safe.

I have stayed at this property more than 5 times. I have stayed in this particular apt twice. This were all good til my husband sat on the end of the bed to put his shoes on and fell through because the frame pieces were missing at the bottom. Called the company and they were not able to fix it. So sleeping was a little uncomfortable. Then as we are resting, the alarm in the unit below us goes off and stays that way for over an hour. I go to the unit and knock and there is no one there. It took maintenance forever to turn it off. This go round was a bit of a challenge but overall I would stay again just not in that unit unless it’s fixed.

Plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen cookware & dinnerware. The soap dispensers did not work but that wasn’t anything at all the hindered our stay. The door greeters were sooo very helpful and nice. ESPECIALLY the gentleman that worked during the day time. If I ever return back to NOLA I definitely would book with you guys again

We stayed here for 3 nights. The place is very nice. There is no front desk so everything is done online. You have to get a code to get in and a code for your room door. We had a little trouble using our room door code, so we couldn’t leave the room because we wouldn’t be able to get in but the rep worked on getting us a new code as quick as she could. They have everything you need other than laundry detergent and well, ofcorse your food. It would have been nice to have a couple of laundry pods. Also no noise and no partying which is understandable since you have neighbors. The WiFi did NOT work the whole time we were there, and even our neighbors came and asked if it was working for us so it doesn’t work for anyone. It was ok, we were not there to watch tv, but it would have been nice to come to our room and watch TV after a late night. Other than that, it was a good location…. Just one block off the begging of the party action on Bourbon St. There is also no parking anywhere around so I suggest using SpotHero. All in all I will say 3.5 stars out of 5

When I was planning a girls trip to New Orleans, I stumbled upon a listing for this location. It was within walking distance of several of the main attractions and was cheaper than even some of the sketchier hotels. The rooms was beautiful, clean and well stocked with anything a visitor could want! I loved the easy self checkin and checkout system. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone looking to book a trip to New Orleans!!

Place was very nice. Its in an older building so keep that in mind but its been renovated and maintained well. Walking distance to everything, bourbon street, is less than a block away. convenience stores on the corner. i recommend parking at the unipark garage up the way from there, its about a 3-5 minute walk away. safe, i parked there for 4 days, and not once did i have to drive anywhere. make sure to reserve your parking. overall awesome experience will stay here again for sure.
