The room definitely needed some touch up work, especially in the bathroom. The towels were frayed and ripped. Bar was closed due to license issues. We've have stayed several times and this was the first Time we have had any issues.

While the staff, room, balcony, and amenities were great, I can only give this place 3 stars because the walls were incredibly thin. We had to call the front desk twice on our stay to have them go to a nearby room to tell them to turn the TV down or to stop talking so loudly.

We have stayed twice before and had a much bigger room, and better location of room. This room was small and on ground floor right beside a street- noisy at times . Love the hotel though and will be back. Staff were helpful and professional.

Yes the room was very clean ♥️and spacious it was an old building but kept up very nice and beautifully decorated ♥️and the service desk person in the front desk was the sweetest lady ♥️Sadly I cannot remember her name she had the cutest accent and was just amazing help Would highly recommend this place everyone was very accommodating it was pouring and raining and cold and everyone just very helpful 🙏 AND they gave free bottled water to drink which was amazing ♥️🙏♥️🙏♥️ I went on a Norwegian cruise which is why l was in this beautiful ♥️hotel and I had to pay $4.00 dollars a bottle which I was very upset— first time ever ever ever I’ve been on a cruise liner and I had to pay for my water even though I had the drink package—😡😡 Hope you visit this beautiful hotel ,service was amazing and very old and nicely decorate Good luck everyone on your trips 🙏♥️🙏

Hotel was clean and quiet. A little walk to Bourbon street but much nicer area. Rebecca at the front desk is marvelous so very helpful.

It was nice but the floor was really inclined very noticeable and a bit scary. Balconies where nice had the old feel to it. The double doors like balcony in the bathroom was letting a lot of cold air in probably should insulate the doors. But I understand that’s what comes with the authentic old school look of the outside of the building. The building itself was nice didn’t really check out the Terrance tho that’s on me. But the staff was great. Housekeeping was very nice. Front desk was very helpful. Location is perfect. Price was good it’s a good stay overall.
