Really close to Bourbon Street. Very clean rooms. Only thing that was not perfect was that both beds were in the same room. Want a deal breaker. Good place, we will be back again!

Love the area for a day or two stay. We had the penthouse room, tight and small but nice for the two nights we stayed. Only complaint is that since it is an old place there is mold (tiny bit) and the air vents aren’t clean. The area is so convenient and there is a bunch of different types of people staying there so it has been nice to see families hanging around the pool :)

This is a timeshare in a renovated historical property, but that renovation happened decades ago. The property is a basic accommodation that will work well for someone who doesn't need something fancy, but wants the utility of a cooktop, refrigerator, sink, and a decent bed. It is relatively quiet despite being two blocks from Bourbon Street.

Great staff, very friendly manager on site, no elevators so you may have to carry the bags on the steps if your room is not on the ground floor, value for money.

Absolutely amazing! Clean and not far from anything in the French Quarter. The buildings are older so if you really want the French Quarter feel, 100% recommend!

The Tv, didnt work, their were ants everywhere on everything and the thermostat didnt light up, you didnt know what it was on for heat or air.

Habitación amplia y cómoda, con excelente calefacción para los días helados que nos tocó. El único pero es el colchón excesivamente blando para nuestro gusto. Está equipada la cocina y se podrían preparar platillos en la estufa. La ubicación es inmejorable y pudimos disfrutar perfectamente de la zona con largas caminatas a los lugares turísticos representativos.

I wish I could attach pictures of the mold, debris and garbage to warn people about this hotel. We left without staying because of the health hazards, and they refused to refund our money. we were so disappointed that they couldn’t at the very least to clean up the garbage on the staircase..

The bathroom is ridiculously small! I am not picky but there is no way you can shower in such a small space!!!. You couldnt wash the bottom half of your body no matter how small you are! They should at least invest in a handheld shower! Geez! Then the toilet is in a tiny space too. It's crazy that they decided, let's put a toilet in-between this hall area. Who cares if they can't use the toilet or shower. As long as they are close to the French Quarter. I don't understand how this hotel got such high ratings. Very disappointed!
