「This hotel was understaffed. Our room was not ready until 2 hrs after check-in. The room was clean, but small. The pillows were small and requested 2 additional. The breakfast was sad. No toast or pastry items. Also the hot water was empty with no personnel in sight to refill. There were a lot of kids (sports teams). 「My boyfriend and I stayed 2nights here this past week. This place exceeded our expectations and more. The resort itself was fantastic! The outside blew us away.
