「Walls paper thin , could hear the screaming child morning and night!」

「Booked a double room, upon check in was told that the double was under maintenance. The desk person said he would put us in the king suite. I inquired about the bed situation, it is only the single king with a sofa bed. Not great but I figured we would make do. On the way up to the room we noticed the entire place smelled and felt damp and musty. Get to the room, the keys don’t work. Back down to see the guy and get them reprogrammed. 「The room was very clean and looked to be recently refreshed. The only thing that might concern some travelers was the stained grout in the bathroom. It was stained not dirty. The grout around the tub needs to be redone, it was a sloppy job of sealing. It would definitely improve the look. Everything else was in good shape.」

「Apparently our reservation did not include breakfast, so we missed out on that thanks to Expedia. Room was comfortable but not adequately air conditioned. TV was not working. Sink was clogged, and shower took forever to get warm water. House and yard need some TLC. Cat was friendly to the point of being a little bothersome. Meowed and scratched at door most of the night.」

「We checked in at the office on 6/25, but did not go to the room for 6 days because we were staying with family in town. The room was filthy. I got cleaning supplies from the office and attempted to clean it but it was still disgusting. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived and there was hair in the shower from the previous occupants. The room had a refrigerator that was not working and had mold inside. When I opened the door the smell was horrid. The air conditioner blew cool air...
