"Overall nice stay but, I could never get a spot at the pool. If that’s important to you, choose another spot."

"Pros:The rooms were very clean. Our coffee maker did not work and we needed some towels. The staff brought it up to our room in 30 minutes. The casino was wonderful with many different choices of what to play. Staff was helpful anytime we needed anything or had a question. The bathroom was huge and the room was decent size. Another nice quality about this hotel is its located further up the boardwalk, away from some of the craziness. Cons: The pictures show a hot tub,THERE IS NO HOT TUB unless you pay for the spa. This was one reason we booked this hotel so to find no hot tub was very disappointing! The pools are ok but very crowded. In the pool area cabanas and even comfy lounge chairs cost extra. The elevators are a bit slow, due to crowds. Lastly, this hotel is confusing. We were in the north tower so depending on what elevator we took you either needed to go to the 4th floor and walk to North tower elevators or take it all the way. We got lost a few times. Overall, I would stay here again for the rooms,casino, and beach."

"Staffpersons were very helpful and kind. The room was very clean. I liked that the Hotel is positioned so close to the Boardwalk and beach! I'd just note that, because I'd received permission to stay until noon rather than 11am, I announced this to other staffpersons, knowing that people might not all get the message. Nevertheless, a man entered my room without knocking when I was unclad, and then closed the door. I believe he received a due lecture thereafter, so trust that the situation has been corrected."

"The room was good the only thing is that the bed had small pieces of sand on it and as well as the floor and the couch has some food crumbs like someone at a hot pocket and it fell on the arm of the couch and no one saw it. Besides that everything else we good, pool was good and clean as well as the lobby and the rest of the hotel hallways. Staff were helping and very kind! There is small choice of breakfast but it’s good not much but it’s something. I would stay here again especially since it’s close to the boardwalk."
