"The hotel have issue in their AC for 4 days prior to our arrival, however we didn’t get information about this, and they only have one fan to be provided in one room. Upon checking out we did inform the front desk about our room is terribly warm, and we hope they did inform us about their AC issue, however the front desk mentioned she didn’t know about the AC problem, and made us look like we are making story, as most the staff the help us did told us it’s been 4th day that the AC unit is not working."

"Aircon didn’t work in the first room. Loud traffic at night in the second room. Some amenities like the Soa are not open yet. Male staff member called my room at 10:30 asking for my wife. Too weird for me. We will not be staying there again. "

"The room decor was different and fun, there was a massage tub, and the rain shower head was good with good water pressure. Cons: most of the power plugs near the bed were shot, and the street outside was noisy. No deal breakers, but the plugs at least should be fixed."
