「Rooms and general areas are VERY NICE. However, you cannot get into the building or the parking cave without the 5 digit code they send you. But not until 3:30!!! Your code will not let you in until that time AND THERE IS NO DESK OR HOST IN THE BUILDING to let you in or talk to. Also be aware that the parking cave has a very tight turn at the entrance that would likely not be possible with anything bigger than a standard car, and local street parking is nearly impossible. 「Bathroom needs to be bleached and walls wiped down. Pillows are flat and lumpy. There's no ice machine you have to buy a bag of ice at the desk. Coffee maker supplied but bring your own coffee grounds and ask for filters at the desk. Only one smoking area and that is in the playground and picnic area which I find strange. Looks like people are living at that hotel in the back by picnic tables. It's okay if you're not too fussy.」

「The only complaint that we would have was that because it was a bit of a lighter week, some of the events that they had planned for that night didn’t go on. When we asked as to why not, they said that no one had asked for it. It’s all good though, the staff was phenomenal. The property was spotless. The location is great, and they even have dedicated EV parking where you can plug in your own travel charger to a 110 V. Slow, but free. We will be returning for sure.」
