「Stayed for 5 nights. The air filter was absolutely polluted with dust, it looked like it hasn’t been changed in a year. Our son got an allergic reaction to the dust and had to take him to the ER during our stay. One of the beds did not have a comforter which we reported upon arrival. We were told for 3 straight days that it would be delivered and was not. It was finally delivered as we were checking out. I am a work traveler and have seen it all but the service and cleanliness were way below...

「Rooms were very clean, well decorated however bathrooms were not. Parking was accessible and perfect. Some appliances did not work like iron stained my clothes and coffee machine did not work. Everything else was fine. 」

「Place didn't exist. Host did not respond to requests to clarify check-in. Upon arriving, the location was not as described and an individual who answered the door informed our party this was not a rental property. Had to last minute book elsewhere.」
