「While the room and everything was very clean it seems like maybe it was so new that they didn't have everything figured out so we had a little bit of issue with dining options, using the TV, and finding the front door 🤔 we ended up parking in the casino parking lot because there were parking barriers up where the GPS told us to go and there were no signs pointing to the hotel entry. But it was very clean and comfortable.」

「The people that worked there were very good to us. I feel the owner or the management of that hotel. I’d be ashamed of yourself leaving one person behind the desk 65 rooms to take care of they can’t do it. It’s very hard and they tried they did their best. That’s why I gave it a three not because of the people it’s because of the Owner and management of that hotel ought to be ashamed of themselves. They need to pay those people double pay that’s my personal opinion. Thank you.」

「3 out of 4 elevators were out of service. The room service did not provide any coffee pods for our room, no cream either. The elevator stunk like stagnant dirty water. The front desk staff was rude, and barely begrudgingly helpful. The ice maker was leaking all over the floor. The coffee in the lobby was old and bad tasting. They cleaned our room only once in 4 days.」

「We enjoyed our stay the hotel was spotless, room and linens fresh. Breakfast was hot and fresh the grandkids especially loved the waffles. The staff were friendly and engaging with us and grandkids which was very nice. Unfortunately there was vandalism to some cars ours being one, but the staff Zenia and Nazario went out of their way to help us. They gave us supplies to be able to drive 5 hrs home and Nazario even vacuumed the car out so it was safe for us to travel. So besides that glitch it...

「Everything was clean, staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast was okay. Kept getting runaround with checkin and my checkin was an hour late because housekeeping was low staff. Had to keep driving around occupying my children while we waited. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.」
