「Mostly enjoyed our stay. Room clean and suitable for short stay. No toiletries on first night just soap. Only 2 cups for 3 adults had to go to bar for an extra cup. No extension lead available so glad we took our own although not really long enough. Disappointed to find door not secured properly after cleaners had been in.」

「This place is a little gem. A great deal of thought has gone into the rooms, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. Very welcoming staff who clearly want the guests to have an enjoyable stay. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent, with plenty of choice. Would definitely stay again.」

「I was really awful experience, they just at the bar reception for check in. Then after we through, we only there in a building. When we reached they just help to open a room, and disappeared. At the entry in a room we realised the bathroom door handle is already broken, and in 30 degree hot weather, we are not able to open a windows, as it was sealed. They left an emergency contact number, no one picking the phone. I left down to the bar/reception, no one there. We want to ask to order a food...

「The code for the wasn’t sent to me, but a phone call fixed that. There are no staff so everything is done by phone or message. Car park is nearby and reasonable. The room was fine with a good shower although it smelt as if someone had been smoking on the landing (not the room) Breakfast is very basic, toast, yoghurt Nescafé and cereals. But that was ok. It’s fine for two nights but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay for a lot longer. Good value overall if basic. 」

「The hotel was clean but basic. The staff were very helpful and friendly. This is a good place to stay if you're on a budget and don't worry about the frills. It's a little tired but that is easy to forgive at this price. It's close to the centre and so very convenient for anyone working in, or vising Boston. There is an Indian restaurant on site which is worth visiting, and a public bar so if you're visiting friends it there is a good place to meet. As I say it ain't the Ritz but its certainly...

「The property was clean and tidy and couldn't be faulted. The problem was with their check in procedure. Phone a number which took nearly 20 minutes to get answered requiring repeated redialling. After getting the key to the room, it turned out the wrong key had been put in the keysafe box.....so... another phone call to their help desk, this time taking 25 minutes to eventually get answered. Once that was finally sorted out, all in all over 45 minutes, i ended up being late for my appointment...

「stayed here for 1 night room was nice and clean and just what was needed i found the staff a bit offhand not very talkative even though i tried talking to them the exception was the man who booked me in that evening at around 7 pm breakfast was lovely well presented and well cooked ample parking all in all a good stay in a lovely hotel just what i like in an older type building」
