A small cosy family business in country side. Don't expect perfect hotel services and hygiene standards. Bring your own towel to wrap pillows, and take all your valuable items with you when you go out as a safe and safety devices hardly exist. Otherwise, the hotelman seems like very local and friendly, may tell you the best places/services in the village.

Fantatstic :)

Turquaz Hotel in ways ways sells itself short in describing its attributes... the main one being that it is occupies an elevated position on the hill overlooking the old town of Goreme so the view from the roof terrace is amazing :) At 07:30 watching the hot air balloons taking off into the skies was an unforgettable experience.The breakfast was really great too. Above all the room we had (7) was a fantastic cave carved out of the rock and with furnishings that complimented it very well. The ATV tour arrnaged by the hotel was the best tour we did and if short for time would thoroughly recommend a it visited many of the stand out majestic stone formations and views locations in Cappodocia. All in all it is our best hotel stay experience ever!!!

Great property for the price you pay. Loved it and would recommend. However a few things to be aware (and it wouldn't deter me since I see place being into old structure.). 1) I was in ground floor and so can hear people in the courtyard talking include those that arrive and leave the hotel. 2) the toilet or washroom has a bit of smell from old pipes that I had to close the door to keep the smell in. Service, especially the older gentleman was stellar. I appreciate they used WhatsApp to connect with me. I would recommend and come back here again.

Lion, the host, was vert helpfull and friendly! The location was great, the room even better and the breakfast even better than that! The price- quality was amazing and i would highlh recommend this place to everybody!!

Extremely nice and cozy hotel with rooms situated in the cave. Very friendly and helpful staff. I recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Göreme.. This hotel is so close to the hot air balloon launch ground and you could see the balloons floating through your window in the morning.

Prior to coming to Turkey I established contact with the hotel through whatsapp which was very helpful..I booked my balloon and paid upon arrival..Booked hotel through hotel.com very easy..Shohrat and his team was so friendly and helpful.Stayed in a cave room which was good for our one night stay.👍 Wish we could stay longer but we had other box to tick on our list..Cappadocia is a place to come and visit.. I recommend Turquarz Cave Hotel for your stay..

Nice, basic clean room. Breakfast good, but 8:30 is too late to start breakfast. Staff was great. On really hot summer days, AC is necessary and we missed having it. Overall, a nice place with great views from the terrace.

Staff actually nice and friendly. I have stayed for 4 nights and they cleaned my room only 1 time and i have to ask for it 2 times. Quite disappointing. They didn't give me back the change from my trip cost and they offered me more expensive trips compare to online price.

Otantik ve güleryüzlü

Oda otantik ve çok geniş. Temizlik açısından herhangi bir şikayetimiz olmadı. Kahvaltı ise güzeldi. Çalışanları hepsi güleryüzlü ve evde hisettirdiler. Odamızın alt kata inen merdivenlerinin korkuluğu aşırı hareketli olduğu için ailece çok çekindik açıkçası, ama onun dışında harika bir deneyim oldu. Kendi araçla gelecek olanlara tavsiyem: benim gibi acemi şoför olmaması, çünkü Göremenin en eski (ve şirin) yerde bulunuyor.

Güzel bir mağra deneğimi.

1 numaralı odada kaldık. 1+1 bir oda. Arada kapı eşiği var ama kapı yok tabi çünkü mağra tarzı olduğu için. Bir çift kişilik. İki tek kişilik yatak var. Banyo oldukça geniş. Sabah odadan çıkmadan balon kalkışlarını seyredebiliyorsunuz. Kahvaltısı oldukça başarılı. Ama kahvaltı yeri biraz ufak. Bazen sıra beklemek zorunda kalabiliyorsunuz. Arabasız giderseniz otelin konumu yukarıda olduğu için yürümek zor olur. Odada hem kalorifer. Hemde klima var. Genel anlamda sıcak oluyor.
