「Room was well equipped for all needs. Room was clean. 」

「Pool was closed due to renovations but that’s okay because we didn’t have time to utilize it anyway. Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. Staff were more than accommodating…above and beyond for us in a few instances. Breakfast was great and there was access to water, tea, coffee and snacks throughout the day and night. It was a very nice surprise when I came back from being in the cold and wind all day to a hot cup of tea! Will definitely stay there again!!」

「Rooms were clean and staff friendly and helpful. One of the two rooms had heating/ac issues and the other missing half of the blackout curtains missing. Light on amenities but overall acceptable 」

「Very clean and comfortable. Located in a shopping area, with free concert nearby from Monday to Thursday. Extended our stay twice, just to stay two more nights in this hotel.」

「Airport shuttle was easy to find. My main issue is when i called the front desk 2 days prior about the shuttle I wasn't told that i needed to reserve the time I wanted to leave. When we got the hotel, the 4am time slot was full and we had to take the next shuttle. 」

「It was a great location but the staff were not very helpful. No one advised us that there was no breakfast in the morning and the place could have used a good cleaning, the bathroom was not as clean as I thought it would be.」

There are Target, Whole food market very closed, a Classic Church , An appreciating PItts Public Library beside the hotel, and guess what, Duolingo located around too.
