Während unseres Aufenthalts war das Personal besonders hilfsbereit: Da wir über Weihnachten keine offenen Restaurants finden konnten und sonst nur Mikrowellengerichte gehabt hätten, hat das Team in unserer Abwesenheit ein geeignetes Restaurant recherchiert und empfohlen. Dieser Service hat unseren Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer gemacht.」

「没有住在巴斯镇里，选择这里真是太好了。葡萄园景色宜人，房间宽敞舒适，有电动卷帘窗不担心天亮太早，有电梯不担心行李太重。有平台远眺风景，早餐丰盛餐厅景色佳，总之想再住几天。」

「Parking is only for check in and check out. Any other time you have to use the public parking gatage which is just across the street but is not cheap! Breakfast was excellent and the room was spacious and comfortable. A good choice for our 4 day trip.」

「It’s a very comfortable stay. The room is clean, the bed and pillows are great, shower and toilet are great as well. Location is very good, just a few minutes walk to the Cathedral, and walkable distance / three tram stations to Strasbourg train station. 」

「Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal. Ob am Empfang, beim Frühstück oder im Car-Management Wir haben uns rundherum sehr wohl gefühlt und herrlich ruhige Nächte in den tollen Betten verbracht. Unser Zimmer ging zum Park raus. Im Frühling oder Sommer ist der Anblick sicher noch viel schöner. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder. 」

「The rooms were very original, with authentic wooden beams, sloping walls and crooked stairs! Lots of character in this beautiful hotel! Would definitely stay again if stopping in the area. Lots of choice for breakfast. The courtyard was decorated for Christmas (late Nov stay) with beautiful lights and decorations. 」

「櫃台的服務很親切 對於飯店內的設施及規定都簡單快速的以流利的英文提供給旅客,客房舒適 床鋪軟硬適中,可惜早上一大早6點不知是否有人誤觸火災警報時 比較晚有服務人員出來解釋讓全飯店的旅客疏散在外吹冷風,在這方面有需要再改善一下 但整體而言這家旅館還是很值得來入住」

「Very excellent experience in the hotel. The front desk is friendly and helpful. The sauna is private and decent. Though the location is not central of the city but the surrounding is amazing with church, restaurants and 10 minutes walk to the Christmas market in this season. Also, you can have breakfast in your room with nice view.」
