We had a reservation and I showed it at the desk; however, they said it was for the next night. So at 7:00 pm, my 87 yr old mother, son, daughter in law and two kids ages 2 and 4 had no place to stay! Nobody was helpful. Very disappointing!

We booked a double room and had a single duvet and one pillow. There was no control for the TV and nobody to ask for one. There was no internet for the duration of our stay. We could not check out as there was no person on duty at 9-15am despite reception supposedly available until 11.00 am. We had to leave our room key on the letter box. Could not recommend this hotel.

Das Zimmer/Boden, Sofa, Tischfuß, Stuhlfüße dick mit Staub bedeckt. Lt. der Wirtin, werden die Zimmer von einer Reinigungsfirma gereinigt.So wie sie mir mitteilte, haben sich schon Gäste öfter beschwert und ich wäre nicht die Einzige, die dieses reklamiert. Als Allergiker bräuchte man ein Sauerstoffzelt! Badezimmer-Duschewand auf einer Seite fehlt unten der Abschluß und die andere Seite, dreckig-vergammelt. Das Bett war ok (das Einzige). Das Essen hervorragend! Mein Fazit: für das Zimmer keine Weiterempfehlung und Sie als Vermittler -Expedia- es war das erste Mal kommt für mich auch nicht mehr infrage.

Heizung ging Anfangs nicht , Gardienen lagen weit über den Boden, keine Einlegefächer im Schrank, kaputte Glühbirne konnte in vier Tagen nicht gewechselt werden, Türen knallten zu und waren schwer zu öffnen

Wir haben das Zimmer nur für eine Zwischenübernachtung benötigt, insofern war es okay. Das Frühstück war sehr bescheiden, kein Aufzug vorhanden. Aber es war sofort jemand zur Stelle, den Koffer hochzutragen.
