"The building's best feature is its view overlooking Vienna. For that alone, it is worth being out of the city. So too, the historic building the hotel is located within is remarkable. This latter detail comes at a price, though; it's a creaky, old building lacking in certain modern features. But you'll overlook that for the most part. "Highly recommended. We had a junior suite for 3 adults. Hotel recently renovated and beautifully done. The staircase itself looked like a palace staircase. Small issue with the shower, which can be expected when renovations are done - the staff was very accommodating with extra towels being provided until a fix was done when we were out, and extra room tidy. Nice walk to centre of Vienna and opera, as well as close to restaurants for the evening. We couldn't have hoped for a better stay."

"This was such a cool Property because we had a beautiful rooftop bar and the staff was friendly for the most part. I kept telling him my air conditioner was not functioning the way it should and could somebody come and help me and nobody would budge and come to the room with me or send somebody up to the room to help they just told me what to do and figured I would take care of it myself, which eventually after two days of not having a cool room I figured it out. Also there are zero snacks in the room for when you get hungry but their mini fridge does keep things very cold and I appreciated that. It is an attractive hotel in a good location. They have a weird policy about cleaning the rooms though I spoke to the lady in the hall and asked her to clean my room after two days and she said no you have to talk to the desk and I thought that was odd but she eventually did clean the room and they are so skimpy on water. You get two bottles when you check in and even though I checked in twice and had to pay for two nights the first day and then when I wanted to extend my stay I had to pre-pay two nights for the second stay but I didn’t get another two complementary bottles of water for the fridge, which I thought they should’ve done. I feel so dehydrated here. But I did all in all like the hotel and the location and 99% of the staff"

"Our stay at H2 Hotel Wien Schönbrunn was average. The hotel seems better suited for backpackers or budget travelers, as our room included bunk beds rather than a more traditional hotel setup. The breakfast was good, with a decent variety of options. However, the air conditioning did not work properly—it only made noise without cooling the room, which was a major disappointment during the warm European summer. The staff was generally not very welcoming, and our worst experience was with a staff member in the restaurant, who was quite rude when we tried to get water from the dispenser. Better customer service and properly functioning air conditioning would significantly improve the guest experience."

"This was our third time booking at the Steigenberger Hotel in downtown Vienna and I can’t wait for the next trip. Everyone at the hotel was polite and helpful. The room had lots of space and comfortable pillows. And the location was perfect for walking to dinners and sightseeing. Thank you for everything!"

"Overall this hotel was excellent. The Ubahn was literally feet away, as we're the trams. Very easy to get to all places of interest. The only criticism would be the price of the breakfast, at almost 40 euros. However, a lovely French cafe is to be found, 3 minutes from the hotel, serving a lovely breakfast."

"The 25hours hotel is stylish, with a modern off-beat funky theme, which we really liked. Rooms were spacious, clean and we were provided with everything we needed (the staff were really quick at sending an iron to our room when we requested!) The rooftop bar was really good, with amazing views, and breakfast was really good too. Really good location too. We'll definitely be looking for a 25hours hotel next time we travel to any major city!"
