「Place not so expensive but amazing. Has laundry and drier. Has kitchen with big fridge, microwave, water boiler, utensils, plates, I think has portable single cookware. Good AC. Nice bathroom too. Owner was very responsive. You’ll need to have WhatsApp to better communicate with owner though. Very close to Bahá’i gardens, 1-2 mins walk to the ground terraces. Just few steps going out is Pizza Hut and some diners, ice cream, then around the block is a Bakery and some convenience store not by the...

Can walk to several shops, food venders and public transportations.The apartment is super clean, comfortable and in pristine condition. The property manager is awesome, super responsive and caring! 「the location is good, walking distance from the train station, metro, German Colony district, and the tram stop to the inter city bus station is also within 2 mins walk. staffs are responsive to our questions, and very helpful. but two out of the three ceiling lamps out of order. it will be perfect if they are fixed! 」

「Oh boy, what to say? The owner is very, very nice, and the place is right at the seafront, close to nice restaurants and the main sights in the city (it's a tiny city, though). However, it was very difficult to find, since it doesn't have a sign (is it a legal hospitality accommodation?), the public spaces are filthy and the private rooms, though reasonably clean, worn and in desperate need of renovation. For the adventurous traveller only. 」
