Fantastic Stay in the Heart of Haifa Via Maria Boutique Suites met and exceeded expectations. The room was beautifully designed—simple yet elegant—with striking Middle Eastern-style block walls that added a unique, majestic charm. Everything felt thoughtfully curated and comfortable. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the German Colony, with easy access to everything. A special thanks to the family who owns and runs the property—their kindness and hospitality made the stay truly memorable. Bonus: there’s a minimarket just downstairs with excellent offerings and surprisingly good prices—super convenient. Absolutely deserving of its high ratings. A fantastic stay all around.

The room was nice, clean, large, quiet, and comfortable; also had great air conditioning. Hotel is right next to a market and juice stand, and walking distance to main strip. Manager/owner was friendly, and helped us find parking. It’s a boutique, so there is no front desk to check in or check out; knock on office door to get your door code, and there is no check-out. Check-in and check-out instructions could be more clear, but it wasn’t a big problem.

Beautiful place

I don't have enough words to praise this place. First of all, the family who runs it is the nicest, friendliest family ever! They treat the guests so well. Feel free to ask for anything. If they can't get it they will know where to send you. The rooms themselves are absolutely lovely with stone walls inside and out. The only thing I didn't love is that the bathroom walls are a bit translucent but it's a preference. Note that you need to climb stairs to get to the rooms. The rooms are at a complex over the families supermarket and a little area where you can relax in the evenings with a drink and hookah. There is also a balcony where we had some of our meals. The area is busy so make sure you send them a message before you arrive and they'll arrange parking. And just in general - watch out for the cars, it's intense. I would definitely come here again!

The owner and his family are very helpful people. No problem with communication in English. Good location. The owner knows a few local establishments and gives good recommendation of restaurants.
