「There was wrong description in Hotels.com. Some "Comfort Room" did not has balcony. I requested to change my room in the first night, but the hotel was full, so I requested to did it in the next day. Staff was helpful, she arranged me to check the other "Comfort Room" which has balcony, but the room was much worse than the original one, I thought it was an economy type so I declined it. I understood the hotel was full and the staffs tried to fulfill my requirement, I appreciated their effort....

「Extremely spacious and clean room, with excellent facilities, making a long stay incredibly comfortable. Housekeeping was amazing and all queries were dealt with efficiently and quickly. Extremely easy to check in and out. Great location, easy to walk to Plaka, and all the main sights, didn’t need to use public transport. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. 」

「This apartment is one of the best I have ever stayed in while traveling! It is spacious, bright, updated, clean, and quiet! We were there only for one night but it was a very comfortable stay that all of my family commented they wish we would stay longer! The area was quiet with several authentic eating options within a couple of blocks in any direction. The tram was right outside making getting around very easy. And the major sights were about a 12-15 min walk. Highly recommend! 」

「This is a great location in Plaka, as you can walk from the apartment to Acropolis in about 17-19 minutes. Not too bad if you want to avoid paying Uber all the time. There is also a grocery store 3 min walking distance, so you can buy all you need if you are staying for a few days. The studio actually has 2 rooms (we were 2 kids and 2 adults and the confirmation letter stated 1 room so we were confused), and the place has air conditioning, and a kitchen/living area in between the rooms. 「The property was super clean and basically in new conditions, very well appointed and tastefully decorated. The host Chrsitina was very responsive, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The apartment is a few walking minutes from a large supermarket, near many delicious bakeries and restaurants. I would definitely come back. 」
