「我們拿Voucher去check in. 隔天, 要check out時, 又被要求付款!!! 無論怎樣說都不行. 一定要我們出示我們已經付款的文件. 沒辦法, 將行李壓在櫃檯, 先去和客人meeting... 再回去check out. 這時候台灣的資料來了, 也傳真到旅館... "我們查到付款了, 妳們可以走了.". 真是莊肖違!!! 沒有付款, 會有voucher?? 被揮成這個樣子. 下次打死, 不買這種voucher, 又貴!!! 櫃檯直接付"牌價"還可以省20%!!! 濫旅社也賣這種價錢, 真是"雖". 台灣被搞一次, 旅館被搞一次... 住一個晚上, 被玩了兩次, 夠了. 再見了.」

「החדרים יפים ונחמדים. החצר גדולה ומרווחת. חבל שיש מלא זבובים בחצר. אי אפשר היה לשבת שם במשך היום. בחדר כשמתקלחים כל המים התפזרו על כל החדר, ולא היה מגב לגרוף את המים. כשנכנסים לחדר - כל הלכלוך מהחצר נכנס גם לחדר. הייתי ממליצה להניח שטיח בכניסה לחדר 」

「The rooms are very clean. The staff is very attentive to your needs. Great for little kids. And the pool is excellent especially for smaller.kids...very safe」

「 Basic lodging, not fancy. Clean large rooms face a courtyard, with digital lock from street, a shared common space. Washer/dryer are off the courtyard, not in the room. An extreme convenience, even though operating them is a challenge. Especially needed in the heat of June. I did three loads in three days. No coins needed, and detergent, softener provided It's a no-housekeeping arrangement, and no staff onsite.This wasn't problem for me, just make sure that it’s OK with you....

「Room is tired, service is terrible. The flush in the bathroom would not work so had to bring the maintenance man to “fix “ this happened the whole duration of our stay, they wouldn’t change us room when they told us they would . Calling room service when you only speak English starts with everyone just closing the phone on you . They don’t have the facility for an iron , after requesting one for over 2 hours being told that they will bring me one I find out that you need to go down two floors...

「No complaints about the lobby, location or the facility around, but you cannot play dumb when you know the wall from the bathroom to the bedroom has been completely water damage and you patches like a an unprofessional 12 years old. I only stayed one night and I came around 9 PM knowing I’m leaving at 9 AM so I decided not to complain. This is two walls approximately 15‘ x 15‘ completely damaged and looking ugly so there’s no way they don’t know about that. When you as a hotel management think...
