Un hotel muy grande, que se ve ha sido renovado. En general es muy recomendable, aunque la opción de comida debería ser más amplia, en lugar de tener solo el restaurant de buffet y el otro, Tamarind, al que sólo ciertos huéspedes pueden acceder. El personal de recepción y bell boys es muy atento y servicisl.

I would never choose to stay anywhere else in Eilat. If you ever close your eyes and dream of the perfect vacation a d the perfect hotel, then Herods Palace is that place! Hard to imagine something better. Eilat plus Herods equal perfect vacation. Almost anything i could say would not be enough or do it justice so I hope the 2 key words - perfect vacation- would convince anyone to give it a try!

Si vous séjournez au Herods Palace d’Eilat, évitez de vous adresser à du personnel Israélien ! Ils sont désagréables, impoli et pas professionnel. J obtenez mes réponses et les services adéquats auprès de personnels Arabes et oui ! Toujours pro et au service des clients.

Herods palace more like Herods hostel

Very poor condition, we changed the room because of broken shower, cigarettes were all over the terrace, the furnitures are full of stains, the food section is full of dirt (chairs and tables) that’s not even close to be a hotel that asking for 500$ per night. It’s the 7th time we’ve visited this hotel and the last one.

Probably the worst experience I ever had

Service was so bad that is not even possible to grade. The condition of the hotel is very old. If I just took a look in online reviews on this hotel I would never go there. This was probably the worst stay I ever had in Israel in my whole life.

Room is tired, service is terrible. The flush in the bathroom would not work so had to bring the maintenance man to “fix “ this happened the whole duration of our stay, they wouldn’t change us room when they told us they would . Calling room service when you only speak English starts with everyone just closing the phone on you . They don’t have the facility for an iron , after requesting one for over 2 hours being told that they will bring me one I find out that you need to go down two floors and use a communial iron . This is the service for $400 a night . So disappointing

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD ! ! We arrived to the hotel at 10:00 am we been told that the room will be ready at 1 pm at 3:30 pm after we waited in the lobby for too long we had the chance to Speke with the Hotel manger she was super rude disrespectful and unprofessional she gave us some BS story abut to Delay and she offered us to take the money and leave if we are not happy . I was sure she’s joking but she was serious so we took the money and we went out to find another hotel at 4:30 pm A few hours before Shabbat , We wasn’t the only couple that go through the same process shame of you Herods

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, although I would recommend that you improve the quality of the front desk staff. They try to help, but they are not always knowledgeable.

the hotel has an excellent location,near the beach and close to the see walking street, it is not much oriente to the international travellers (mostly focused on domestic business), staff at reception struggled with english and not much helpful (maybe for language barrier?)

The room was not clean at all, the refrigerator was broken the safety-deposit box didn't work, the toilet tank is working all the time. When we came to the room in the last day at 10:25 after Breakfast the room was clean and the room attendant throw all our food from the refrigerator and our Baby staff like diapers and more staff.

Perfect location and great service.

Stuff were really helpful and nice and always had a smile and will to help. Breakfast was amazing. Rooms are a bit outdated and really need some upgrading and upkeeping - the bath and shower drapes had stains and the carpet was very old, besides that the location is great, the service is wondaful, the food is amazing and the room size sensible.

very poor customer service check-in was too late and service is slow doesn't even answer on the customer service desk phone and they also charge a fee on ice !!!
