「Staff are very polite and respectful.
There was airport shuttle, but they werent clear on pick up procedure. Had to call them and then they tell u where to come for pick up.
Hotel close yo the airport and at night, the lights go on along the drive. Its very pretty.
Go to the pool floor and u can see planes fly overhead.
There is a open area, the floor below the pool. Can view sunrise from there
Overall, it was a good stay」

「We landed at 2 am and had booked airport pick up. The driver was already there waiting. As soon as we got into car we could see the hotel right in front of airport ! It was 2am I would have still booked but daytime I would just walk there.
Reception got in touch in advance to offer services and that communication was really good. We got traditional Kerala welcome! This was nice touch.
The check in was quick. The room was good size and we had restful sleep. We also had breakfast in morning...
