Wonderful Stay with a Great View

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Karmen was an exceptionally friendly and helpful host who made us feel very welcome. Our room had a beautiful view overlooking the Chora, which made the experience even more special. There was truly nothing we didn’t like, everything exceeded our expectations.

The room is nicer than the pictures. Host was excellent and very friendly, attentive. Lovely mornings watching the sunrise over the port listening to birds. 5 minutes or less walk to most shops and restaurants.

My partner and I stayed in Era Veneziana in June 2024. We were incredibly pleased with our stay at Era Veneziana, the property was spacious, new, clean and very comfortable. The location is also amazing and very close to restaurants and shops. Any questions we had were answered quickly by the host of the property who regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed for the duration of our stay. Overall I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for accommodation in Naxos. The host is absolutely wonderful and the accommodation is superb!!

Clean, big, and extraordinarily beautiful room!! TV, air conditioner, kitchen with refrigerator, cooking tools, dishes, glasses and cups, all you need is there. I highly recommend to stay at this hotel and I will stay again when I visit Naxos!!!!

Castle paradise

Everything about this apartment is fabulous. Amazing location in the castle overlooking the town. Fabulous decor and beautiful bathroom. If I came back to Naxos I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

This place is magical! You’re literally staying in a 13th century castle, Greek style. Our room was spacious and clean, with all of the comforts of a hotel but the personal service of an airbnb. Karmen knows what she is doing! She met us in the parking and brought us to our room where we had a bottle of rosé and a couple of juice boxes for the kids. She has a write up with tonnes of recommendations which we used extensively. It is right in the middle of everything, right in the little corridors of old town. People were literally using our front steps for photo ops. I want to go back and stay for two weeks. I would recommend this place wholeheartedly without reservation.

What a find in Naxos old town! So close to everything, but comfortably a few Chora paths and steps away from the main port action. This place caught my attention as more unique, authentic and special than any other properties I viewed. The other reviews were spot-on. We booked both units, sharing a large top step that was a right on one of the many quiet walkways leading through the castle. The units were very spacious, clean and comfortably accessorized. Everything was maintained well and felt newly renovated while capturing just the right amount of old castle charm. From windows to bathroom fixtures to kitchen to lighting controls, everything was well-chosen. I said more than once, I could just live here for a while :) The host, Karmen was simply delightful. She’s passionate about her properties and is very hands-on. As mentioned in other reviews, she’s very helpful with providing information on the area, places to go, eat, car rental, culture, etc. I can’t wait to return to Naxos and stay here again.

L'appartamento si è rivelato al di sopra di ogni aspettativa. Struttura appena ristrutturata e nuovissima. La proprietaria è stata carinissima, molto disponibile, discreta e accogliente per ogni richiesta o esigenza riguardo al check-in e al checkout; ogni due giorni effettua la pulizia dell'appartamento. Posizione OTTIMA, in pieno centro storico, dentro al castello e vicina al rooftop più mozzafiato dell'isola. Spiagge meravigliose, raggiungibili facilmente con lo scooter o addirittura a piedi (la più vicina al centro si raggiunge con una passeggiata di 10 minuti). Consigliatissima per coppie o per famiglie con un figlio. Se dovessi tornare nell'incantevole Naxos alloggerò sicuramente qui. Grazie di cuore Karmen. Giada e Federico.
