"The property is beautiful, close to everything. The property owner was so kind and accommodating, even offering to drive us back to the airport. We will definitely stay there again."

"Before arrival I asked if they could arrange transfer (which they offer on the website), I was told they didn't have the service so we had to fight for a taxi at port to get to the property. There was a cleaning lady waiting for us to check in, as nice as she could she was not the manager. I asked about welcome drinks as this was included in my booking as Gold member, she called the owner and told us it was not part of the booking, despite showing on the booking confirmation. "The only good was the location, only 1 minute walk and you are on the beach and 3 minutes in the center of old town and restaurants.
All the rest was not good! The bathroom was very old and like broken, the room generally and bathroom was very dirty, specially the floor. The breakfast was like 3 options and 2 tables to sit in the reception small tiny aeria. As you were eating you were watching the receptionist that was cleaning the plates of the previous people ate breakfast. The pictures in...

"Everything was wonderful. The breakfast was superb and there was a fresh cake snack in my room every day. Received a complementary beer and snack up upon my arrival."
"The room was amazing, beautiful, practical and quiet to sleep. So grateful we found Emery Hotel so closed to the center and Marina/Port. Walking distance to great restaurants and bakery. "
"The room is nicer than the pictures. Host was excellent and very friendly, attentive. Lovely mornings watching the sunrise over the port listening to birds. 5 minutes or less walk to most shops and restaurants."
"A true gem in the heart of the Kastro. We only stayed one night but could have stayed a week. The property, whose foundation dates to the 15th Century and was originally owned by the church, has been meticulously restored. The room was an oasis of peace. The rooftop terrace has stunning views. We will return one day. "
