"Staff were all extremely kind, from the check in (Anastasia?) to the beach service to the restaurant. Knew our rooms and pretences for food/drink by second day. Bit of a mix up with shuttle pick up at ferry, but it was not busy time of year and there was plenty of taxis waiting. The included breakfast menu was large and very delicious! We had a load of laundry done for 16 euro, delivered right to our room. I would recommend water shoes as the cats use the beach as a large kitty litter. Not the fault of the hotel, just a tip. We never stepped in anything, just watched the cats. Beachfront room had beautiful view of sunset and beach and I found it nice and quiet at night. But it was April and slow so unsure if that was due to nothing around us or room quality. I would return!"

"Very well located However out room was small even though we had a superior room with a hot tub. The staff was really helpful and friendly. It s hard to find the hotel at 1st but once you know where it is it’s very convenient about 5-10 min walk from everything"

"The host was excellent with recommendations for food and activities. Very friendly. The walk between property and town takes you though residential neighborhoods - nice to see the community but at times no sidewalks. "

"This is a really great Hotel at an incredible price. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The included breakfast is incredible. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well appointed. Great bed and linens. The hotel is owned by the same people who own the Olive Mill Museum- and it is a must see and taste for all things olive. Location is perfect for walking to town and major sites. This place is a real find."

"This was our 2nd stay but this time we were in the older Naxos resort section rather than the galaxy section but enjoyed the room even though it wasn’t renovated as much (updated but not renovated). Breakfast was fabulous as last time. Enjoyed the discounted beach sunbeds. Location is the best in Naxos as you’re right on the beach and only a short walk to amazing restaurants. We hope to return for a 3rd visit !! "

"Just got back from a week in Naxos ( October 25 ) the place was incredible. From the ferry we took the local bus (2.30 euros) and drop off 25 feet from the Hotel. Ocean view. The staff was so accommodating, and the Spa treatment was sensational. breakfast buffet was very generous and stayed open till 11 AM. Meals at the hotel were a little more expensive but more refined than the local restaurants. When we left, most of the restaurants were closing down for the season. "
