「房间没有浴缸，电话和吹风是坏的，天花板有只巨大的蟑螂。晚上睡觉只有一条毯子，太冷。餐厅工作人员态度不友好，不耐烦。泳池一直没有毛巾提供。泳池水脏。」

「Large pool with shade if required. The grounds are wonderfully tropical and well curated. Bures are private, roomy and the air conditioning works a treat. The large, fluffy bath towels are changed daily. All of the staff are terrific and the restaurant is well worth trying.」

「Had such an amazing time at the beautiful peaceful location just 5-10min walk from Maui bay beach. Property: I came as a little solo retreat to take a break from NZ winters. The unit was exceptionally clean, fully stocked and I appreciate being able to cook myself- although there are a few restaurants and grocery store within 10min walk. As a family operated hotel the owners are involved in daily operations. The restaurant shows the top local rating on Google Maps. Portions are ample. 」

「真心奉勸看到這則留言的旅客請耐心看完並選擇其他旅館，免得受一肚子氣。 這家旅館其中一名員工不誠實，退房時櫃檯的男子跟我們說我們必須付現金因為信用卡刷卡機故障了，當我們跟他說我們沒有足夠的現金，甚至把身上的現金攤給他看，這時他說刷卡機可以刷了！我不知道他對現金是否有其他不好的意圖，我只能說真的好巧，刷卡機竟然好了！ 退房後我們在等免費接駁車去機場，五分鐘後計程車到了，這名男子開始幫我們上行李，此時我們問他，這是免費接駁車嗎？此男子這時才說免費接駁車剛走，現在只有計程車可以帶我們去機場，一趟14斐濟幣。我對此非常不滿，並非付不起這14元，而是不甘被欺騙。他如果跟我們說事實，我們也會願意搭；而不是為了這點小錢毀了旅館的聲譽與其他人的努力，甚至是賠上了斐濟的名聲。我們的錢也是辛苦賺來的，不該輕易被騙走。 感謝他讓我給出了第一次的一分，如果有零分可以給絕對是零分。還沒訂房的旅客，你真的還有其他選擇；英語不夠好的旅客，你更是只有被騙的份。斐濟是來渡假的不是來受氣的。」
