"Habitación económica para esta gente significa no tener televisor ni aire acondicionado, ni tulipas en los apliques, solo una bolsita de gel por persona, no tener jabón de mano, apenas espacio en la habitación, ducha tan extremadamente pequeña que es imposible ducharse. "This is an excellent apartment for rent in Sepúlveda. The owner Christina is very helpful and helped us get acquainted with the area sites, restaurants and shops. She owns a bakery/deli next door to the main hotel that is a must stop for breakfast or after dinner snacks. I would strongly recommend this hotel. "

"This was amazing. To be staying in a 500 year old monastery was remarkable. The history was awesome. We were in an amazing suite with all the luxuries you could want. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. We would certainly recommend this hotel."

"A very comfortable stay, with spacious, comfortable rooms and views across to the town and cathedral. Slightly longer that 'walkable' distance from town, but we were happy to drive/bus, both very easy to do and only a few minutes. Loved the outdoor pool area, though slightly disappointed to find the indoor one closed. Evening meal good value. Room very comfortable, with small terrace for views. Facilities in room good, although some fittings (handles, taps) rather 'tired' and loose. "

"We booked the Suite for a long weekend and weren’t disappointed. Room was spacious with numerous balconies. Extra touches with cakes, fruit or sweets daily along with bottled water, besides the normal tea and coffee. Cleanliness was second to none. Staff were professional and polite. Breakfast was full of variety along with freshly cooked eggs and bacon by order. The indoor and rooftop pool facilities were amazing. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity along with bars. Just a short walk away from the Palace and its gardens that are well worth a visit. Highly recommend."

"Looking for a dog friendly hotel in or close to Segovia didnt have much choice. Settled on El Rancho and we were delighted. Forgot to tell them we would have a dog when we booked but the reception staff couldnt have been more helpful. Lovely room on ground floor with a patio door out onto a grassed area was perfect for those middle of the night calls. Continental breakfast had lots of choice"

"The whole stay was lovely but in particular I want to thank the woman who checked us in. We arrived an hour earlier than planned and she was getting ready to leave. She stayed to check us in, and throughout our stay was friendly and helpful, asking if we wanted housekeeping or an early breakfast on the day we left. I wish I could name her but I hope she knows how much we appreciated her help."
