"We loved our stay. Welcoming staff, great service. Clean rooms and facilities . The only thing we would change if we could was the swimming pool timetable- it closes at 8pm and we’d love to enjoy it will 10pm :) Our next visit to Madrid we’ll definitely be there again. Excellent location too."

"Nice hotel close to the airport. Unfortunately the shuttle will only pick you up after 3pm which was a little frustrating to learn when we arrived at the airport at 9am. Our room was clean and had a decent amouy of space for 3 people. Very quiet. The outdoor pool is quite nice and they have an extensive breakfast buffet."

"Hotel is about 15 minute walk from the metro. Once on the metro, 1 stop to the city centre of Madrid - perfectly located. Staff very nice and allowed us to check in early. Breakfast had plenty of options. Would stay again"

"The check-in was probably the smoothest I've ever had. Room was clean and comfortable, restaurants and shops in the area, and right across a driveway from Chamartin Station. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend."

"The room was very small however clean, good for one person. The “free” shuttle was not running as frequently, I saw almost everyone including myself had to uber to the airport. No bottle water in the room…one of my biggest pet peeves with hotels. They had a small snack bar, pizza, pasta ect. It wasn’t terrible. Overall not a bad experience"

"Excelente hotel si tienes que pasar un día en España para seguir hacia otro país. Este hotel tiene transportación al aeropuerto y un buen restaurante . Queda a 10 minutos del aeropuerto. Es la segunda vez que paso una noche en este hotel. Lo recomiendo."
