「Staff were extremely helpful and sweet. The breakfast and breakfast staff were great! I wasn’t expecting the room to have a full kitchen which was so helpful because I needed to keep my items in a cold environment.」

「I stayed at this hotel for five days, and it was a very disappointing experience. The first day, the room was acceptable, but after that, housekeeping was extremely poor. On the second day, I had to take out my own trash because no one cleaned the room. I reported the issue, but the next day the room was in even worse condition. By the fourth day, the housekeeping supervisor had to come personally to clean the room. The breakfast was good .Throughout my stay, the bed sheets were never changed....

My kids were really looking forward to the heated pool, however it was not heated (at least not at that time) and smelled kind of weird as well. I cannot stress enough how friendly and helpful the staff was though. That part was great!」

「Housekeeping did not do a great job. I noticed they did not vacuum at least one of their days. ALSO: Housekeeping only services the room every other day, not every day like most hotels. I expected a bit better for the high price of the room.」
