"The staff were very accommodating, courteous and professional. Josh and Ashley and the night clerk were very helpful. When we told them we were moving to the area Josh was happy to let us know what was in our surroundings, shops etc. Many thanks to the staff at the Best Western in Watertown!"

"This was the perfect spot to stay while exploring lower Manhattan. The beds were comfortable and the entire apart/hotel was very clean. We stayed in a two bedroom and it was perfect for our family of 4. We also appreciated the friendly, helpful staff! Highly recommend!"
