「The property is fabulous! I enjoyed my stay very much.
The staff is friendly and courteous.
The only issue I had at all was the Timeliness of the Service.
That said, I am from Houston, Texas and we move very quickly. So, as long as you have all the time in the world, the service is great!
If they moved a bit quicker, I would have appreciated it even more-so!

「Jag och min kollega hade en väldigt bra vistelse på Duomo. Vi var där i fyra dagar. Jag gillade att hotellet var miljömedvetet med energisparfunktioner, bra tvål och möjlighet att behålla sin handduk mer än en dag. Alla andra hotell vi bodde på bytte ut tvålen och tvättade handdukarna varje dag. Det var också enkelt att sätta upp en skylt för att slippa städningen. Servicen var väldigt bra och god mat i restaurangen. Vi kunde förvara våra väskor där sista dagen. Skönt med gym och trevlig pool...

「I will give a good review. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I accidentally left my AirPods in the room, and when I called the next day, the receptionist informed me that they had been found and kept safely. I am very grateful, as I rely on my AirPods every day.

「The stay at Excelsis was excellent. The staff were so accommodating and eager to make the stay comfortable. The food was good, I recommend their chicken fried rice. Breakfast was well prepared as I ordered off the menu, the Spanish omelette was magnificent. All in all a great first stay. Keep up the great work. 」

「Very clean. Well maintained property. Comfortable bed. Good air conditioning. Felt quite safe. Lovely grounds. But the best of all was the staff. From the receptio there, to the room service, to the people in the dining room and kitchen- everyone was friendly and competent and helpful. Will stay again. 」
