「Breakfast ok. Beds were not comfortable at all and bed sheets and pillows smelly. Bathroom faucet leaking and after complaint no one fixed it」

「Our room had several stains on the carpet and furniture. We checked in at 10:30PM and the cleaning staff had left piles of dirty sheets and towels outside of the rooms. We didn’t think much of it assuming they were cleaning, but when we left in the morning the piles were still there. We also saw the staff place clean folded stacks of towels on the floor outside of the room and public trash cans were overflowing. Not very hygienic.」

「The front desk helped us quickly and checked us in quickly. We had our dog with us and they were aware ahead of time. We were treated well. Our room was spacious and clean. The indoor pool was nice and had towels. Breakfast was good but not quickly restocked. The hotel was FULL and there was only one worker for the breakfast area, so that could have been the problem. 「Fantastic location for all things Texas Tech, Rooms are generous and have what you need (refrigerator and Coffee pot). Food is honestly only ok. Had a Steak and it was charred to the point of tasting burnt. Both times I said there were issues with equipment at the Starbucks coffee shop in the lobby so was not able to get a latte. Tried the French toast for breakfast, which was good, but the menu is small. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful.」

「The Baymont by Wyndham is not a safe place to be! Walking up the hallway to my room I was greeted with filth and a strong smell of urine. I am sure if the health department were to visit this Wyndham property they would shut it down. I am also sure that if the police department were to visit, and witness the (alleged) drug deal I saw, they would also shut this place down.
