"Good hotel and good staff"

"This hotel was easily one of the best hotels we stayed in Japan. The hotel rooms have a proper ryokan feel and the hotel staff are the nicest people I have came across in Japan. We didn’t even ask them for a shuttle pick up from our bus stop but a car with a driver was already there They provide free shuttle to and fro Sukurai station which I wish I knew from before. Oh and the views from the rooms are just exquisite. I would recommend this hotel to anyone in a heartbeat. My only regret is that...

"Very nice room for quick and cheap and also breakfast"

"服務員有禮貌，熱情。旅館偏舊，由旅館行去浴場要行數分鐘，並且是數旅館合用一個浴場。使用人數不多。湯似熱水。不似是溫泉水。無電梯，入房要行一層較高的樓梯。日式早餐味道一般。"
