They charged my account $200 for the first night for incidentals and $241 for the second night for incidentals. I did not use any of this amount unsure of when I will receive a refund. It’s so disappointing that this was not shared with me up front.

Moxy Nashville Downtown
Room was nice, clean and comfortable. However could not turn aircon /heating off and ran all night. Lots of noise at night with banging doors from guests could do with better fitting and soft close doors.
