"Excellent accommodation on all fronts. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, numerous staff were eager to help us with check in and our luggage. Staff were exceptionally polite and eager to help. Our room was a standard size for Japan (though with a very spacious bathroom), clean, and had all the amenities we needed. We made use of the shuttle service both between the city/Aeon mall and the airport. Breakfast was buffet style and delicious! "

Located a short train ride from Narita airport, the hotel offers many much appreciated amenities, from coffee, tea, and in-room phone chargers, shaving kits, toothbrushes, and personal items—all complimentary. Visitors can also enjoy a short walk to the heart of Narita and its beautiful temples, parks and restaurants. Very much enjoyed this pleasant city and its many charms."
