"Love this place! Yes it’s dated but staff are excellent, great location, but best part is the indoor pickleball courts, also ball hockey area and great pool."

"There were only 2 towels in our room, the next morning we asked for more towels, the front desk said ok, we went back that evening and no house keeping done at all, we went to the front desk to get the towels and let them know we didn’t get clean towels nor was our room even touched, they said they would look into it, the next day they came a and just pulled out sheets up, there was a wet towel on one of the beds, still garbage in the bins, didn't replace the toilet paper just about ran out, will not stay there again, and do not recommend"

"Sufficient parking. Breakfast was cold. Staff was pleasant and room was clean. Jacuzzi tub is not a Jacuzzi tub, it is a bubble tub and cools the water down very quickly. The tub overfill drain is placed relatively low so you only get half a tub's worth of water. Bed was pretty hard"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Balcomo Hotel. Everything was spotless, and you can really tell the rooms have been recently updated—they’re modern, beautifully done, and incredibly comfortable. The beds and overall layout made it easy to relax and feel at home. The property grounds are also very well maintained, which added to the overall experience. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping everything looking its best. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back!"
