「The staff was great—friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The problems came down to logistics. The elevator was out of service, which made things difficult. On top of that, I wasn’t thrilled about the extra $50 incidentals fee. 「The staff was not helpful and never present to help answer questions. When asked questions it seemed like they couldn’t be bothered and just wanted the people out of the hotel. I’m sorry but this is a military location many families are there coming to see theirs sons and daughters and when asked for a later checkout I was dismissed by saying we have a full hotel there’s 75 rooms we have to clean we do not have time for people to do a late checkout」
