"My partner and I had a wonderful stay at the golden pine resort , the room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was very tasty and much food to choose from , the swimming pool was large and clean for a relaxing swim after a day of sight seeing , the staff were very helpful and kind people , The resort is just out of the city with rice farming around and views of the mountains , it was nice and quiet at this resort . Thank you golden pine resort for a very enjoyable stay ."

"Location is great but the place is unfortunately poorly maintained. Rooms are ok but bathroom was dirty. Closet broken as well as rack for hanging towels. Pool has a spectacular view but extremely limited opening hours. Breakfast very basic. Be aware of mosquitoes, there are a lot!"

"If you are enthusiastic about flowers and nature and beauty, this is the place to go. You also have a Ricefield right in the front of the hotel the views and the grounds are absolutely spectacular. You can get a newer bungalow which has a little more of the better amenities, the older ones if you’re wanting to stay in a rustic Thai Cabinet room, but there is one with the hot tub that is lovely and a bathtub that overlooks the grounds they are very helpful there and they serve you breakfast....

"We had the best time at the Doowall this week. It’s quiet and serene at the hotel and it’s only a short distance from the White Temple. Coming back in at night and seeing the temple sparkle in the dark is a truly magical moment, especially when in a Tuk Tuk. The food was incredible, I will think about that yellow curry with crispy mushrooms for the rest of my life. The staff was so helpful and kind.
