「Beautiful grounds, but no restaurant or real hospitality The grounds are well kept and the pool is beautiful with lush vegetation around it, about 1.2 hours from Quito. That's where the positives end. There is no functioning restaurant despite what's advertised — we were directed to a roadside eatery up the street with questionable sanitation. "Included" breakfast required scheduling an appointment and lady was not there a worker came out and told us to waited to brew coffee; we skipped it...

「There was plenty of birds and trails. The staff was very nice and helpful. The food was unexpectedly great. The road getting up to the reserve is a little rocky/bumpy but thats literally the only concern everything else was amazing.」

「My experience was that my reservation was not accepted. I had to pay cash, and was lucky that they still had a room. The place itself is wonderful, with friendly staff, excellent birding, great food.」

「Great Stay! Hotel was very clean and close to everything」

「Lugar Tranquilo, el personal atento y amable, recomendado para ir en familia,」

「Super clean, beautiful nature, nice staff. Thanks to Marco and Angel. Definitely recommend」

「Amazing!!!!」

「Prachtig gelegen accomodatie, midden in de natuur. Uitstekende plek voor vogelliefhebbers. Bijzonder vriendelijke mensen, maaltijden uitstekend.

「The place was clean and tidy. The airport shuttle service was good; they even stopped by the bank for me before heading to the airport. The staff were very nice and helpful. They replied to messages promptly. They also provided hot breakfast with different choices. Just one bad thing, the shower water was cold.」

「This hotel is in a residential area. There is no one around on the streets in the late afternoon when it’s still light out but because of the lack of people, it is my opinion, that increases your risk of walking in the neighborhood to eat dinner or go to the minimart. Every location including the hotel are locked up super securely. The staff were great. The breakfast was scrambled eggs, a cheese tortilla, fruit, coffee or tea and great juice. We were in the room right off of the reception and it...

「位置在斜坡上，出行有点困难。早餐比较一般。」

「Está céntrico.Les recomiendo que empiecen a aceptar tarjetas de crédito,ya que los turista optan por este método de pago.」

「The hotel is in an excellent location right in the heart of the central historical district. It is within walking distance to the Plaza Grande, the Presidential Palace, the Plaza San Francisco and the National Cathedral, etc. The property is well-maintained and clean, and the staff is very professional and friendly. Daily room service is provided if needed. Delicious breakfast is served in the morning between 8 and 10 am, and takeout breakfast is also provided for customers who have day tours...
