"no buf not sdvertisec to be initi as l staff. Subsequent days staff was better but the property was horrible windows on the door the glass part was actually painted instead of some cover new line not even room for a soap dish on the sink in the bathroom. Curtains had to be from the '60s little back deck was nice that's about it. No decaf coffee Keurig. No ice maker in the fridge and no ice cube trays provided. Made never came by in 3 days but my husband got towels on one day. Initial check in person actually lie to us told us we could rent Beach equipment at the 7-Eleven for cheaper when in fact there's a barcode in the room where you can order Beach equipment on your phone. But I got to say the pictures made the place look good it is not good"

" We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Siesta Key Palm Hotel. Our room was very clean and cozy. Both pools were very clean. The location was perfect-walking distance to the beach. The staff was the best! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Hopefully we will be back again soon "

"We did not like how when you walk into your room your beds are right there. Like going into a motel room. Water pressure was not good. Took a while to get hot water. TV kept going in & out and freezing up. "

"Just really disappointed! I walk in with my daughter a man behind a desk doing something. I unload my backpack and I hear someone saying something so I looked the man behind the desk has his back turned toward me. He wasn’t even looking at me. Then again I hear someone calling so I turned around and I see an atm mashine with a screen and a man in a screen. So I walked in and he said I can check you in. My goodness small little hotel with a robot. Man behind ignores me completely as I looked at them. Anyway I check in got to my room. Right from entrance strong odor. Used the bathroom and realize there is no fan. Try closing the door, they don’t close at all as they are bent. Went to wash my face just to see roaches running around. Cought up few. We looked forward to a good night sleep but it was extremely loud and th bathroom smelled really bad. In the morning housekeeping people opened a room and started asking questions. I had to say we are sleeping. 9:35 am. Anyway we checked out but never stay here again. This place is not very safe either. The area is kind of creepy. "
