「Located remote area far from main road. Amenities are not standard need to bring own daily use. No lighting around. No breakfast available. Far from restaurants. Room key is not safe able to open from corridor. Apart from that Elevator provided. Nice hill view. Overall not recommended to stay there. 」

「We were surprisingly upgraded to the executive suite which was a fantastic surprise. It had a lovely view and a really comfortable bed. They also had a free shuttle service to the main town, but it's also walkable (about 10-15mins), if you like walking. I would stay here again.」

「Highlight of our trip! Sapa is quite a busy town with busy traffics and constructions everywhere. However, this hotel is located just 5 mins walking distance away from the city center which gives a more private and quieter vibes in comparison while it's still easily accessible to everywhere. Our room has such a great view to the mountains and its always refreshing to wake up to such breathtaking view every morning. We also joined their "Out Of Sapa" tour which was also amazing. 「JK was an amazing stay near Sapa. Located at the village entrance, it is close enough to everything all the while being secluded enough to be quiet and relaxing at night. The rooms are absolutely charming and spotless. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and shared a lot of information about the town and activities. Would definately stay here again!」

「Centrally located, friendly staff. They tried to move us to a different hotel on our second night because they were overbooked but we complained and they back down. The breakfast was limited 」

「Great room with absolute stunning view, staff were super friendly and helpful. Excellent place to chill. Avoid ‘tour’offered by hotel and get a grab to local village Ta Van, a rip off.」

「Very nice new hotel! The rooms were clean and cute. Plenty of hot water and a nice shower, although there’s not a shower door so the bathroom gets wet. The beds are big and comfy and the AC works well. Good location up the hill from downtown and a short walk to many restaurants. They even let us check in late at 1am from a night bus. Would recommend! 」
