「A wonderful hotel with friendly front desk personnel. Location is just slightly away from town but we have a rental car so that was not an issue getting to downtown. We had the 2 bedrooms apartment and the apartment was very clean and modern and kitchen was equipped with essentials. 」

「Well, our family planned a trip to Banff National park, the third largest park in the world. We booked the hotel for six nights. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was quite nice, she helped us check in. When I had some questions regarding my rental car deals, she and another staff also helped me a lot. 「The mattress is very comfortable and clean, equipped with a dining table, which is considerate. The geographical location is superior, and there are many restaurants nearby, which is convenient. The sound insulation is so quiet. It would be perfect if there was a microwave in the room.」

「The property was in a great location. View was nice. We didn’t really have a mountain view which I knew when I booked. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or hot tub so can’t comment there. The kitchen was stocked well enough for me and there were extra towels etc… for use. Very much enjoyed this property. 」
