"Everything was exceedingly amazing.
Morning buffet, public bath (Onsen), convenient location, and the last not but least, great panoramic view from the hotel."

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times now, and the main reason I keep coming back is the exceptional staff. Their friendliness and professionalism are unmatched, always going above and beyond to make each stay enjoyable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout, they truly set this place apart. It’s rare to find a team so consistently dedicated to providing outstanding hospitality. I did a midnight check-in and the staff was so friendly and helpful. So was the other staff at the front desk in the morning. It’s my favorite hotel in Naha!

I love the Goya Champuru, Okinawa Soba, natto, Blue Seal ice cream, fresh orange juice for breakfast at the hotel resraurant.
Parking was by machine... but there was always a parking attendant to assist.
I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our room. Spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Gorgeous view from the balcony. Highly recommend! Only complaints are minor. The staff did not speak much English so be prepared for that. Also you cannot use the gym if you do not have designated indoor only gym shoes so be aware of that as well. Great location and nice restaurants at the hotel as well. 2 beautiful pools. Would stay there again!

There was great communication between us and the staff. We did have a bit of trouble when it came to the airport shuttle, but it was solvable and in the end did not have an impact on our experience there. The location is beautiful. It is located in Onna village which is quieter at night, so if you are looking for nighttime experiences, you would have to drive or taxi about 20-30 minutes to chatan to do so. All in all, it was a beautiful space that was perfect for our party of 7 and I would...

Nicest facilities! Very clean and the breakfast was superb! Loved the fruit sandwiches the most and just simply amazing!! The birds in the entrance did make me sad. I wish they were able to fly in an enclosure.

This hotel was overall a nice place. The restaurant downstairs was delicious, and included both local cuisine and American! The Spa that is attached is nice, and we were able to book massages in our hotel room for the evening. All of the staff were very helpful, and so nice. We are looking to stay here again, soon.

This resort is a step back in time where the staff bend over backwards to treat you well. The amenities are incredible, the pool is lovely, and the rooms are great. A must stay in Okinawa.
