Budget hotel

The location was great, very close to train and bus station. The room was very tiredand dirty (walls) however the room was a good size, bathroom was tiny sink over part of the shower bath, water pressure was good. The hotel stunk of smoke as did the room. The bed was old and sad. Carpet old and stained but vacuumed. If you can handle smoke its good as it is a budget hotel.

禁煙の部屋でしたが、夜中の4時頃からタバコの匂いが部屋に入ってきて、とても臭くて眠れませんでした。ロビーに連絡したところ、上の階が喫煙なので、匂いが降りてきていると説明されました。部屋を替えられると言われましたが、夜中なので諦めました。安かったので仕方ないと思ってます。

冷蔵庫がない部屋とは知らなかったからびっくりした。製氷機、給茶機が泊まっていた階のは壊れていてチェックイン時に知らせてくれなかった。こちらから聞いたら壊れていますとのこと。びっくりした。

チェックイン時になってWi-Fiが不具合で使えないかもしれないと言われて、うーんと思いましたが携帯電話のテザリングで良いかと思い承諾しました。 が携帯の電波も壊滅的に入らない部屋でした。 その旨を伝えるもののお部屋交換の提案もなく、帰り謝罪も無し。もう行くことはないです。

安く泊まれたのでクオリティは求めていません。部屋は狭いですが、それも予想されるレベルで問題ないです。 しかし汚れやホコリが目立ちます。シーツやタオルの交換だけで、拭き掃除などは無いと思います。とくに水回りはヘドロ的な汚れがひどく触りたくなくてゾゾっとしました。 そう言った部分が苦手な方は無理かも‥

一泊素泊まりの利用でした。 建物が古いのは仕方ない事だと思いますがバスルームがカビだらけでとても不快でした。 しかし、何より疑問に思ったのはスタッフの対応です。具合の悪いお客様が到着されたのに誰も気が付かなかったのか対応せず、たまたま居合わせた私が声を掛け背中をさすったりと対応しました。人助けなので立場は関係ないと思いますが私もいちゲスト、ホテル内で起きたことはホテル側が主体となり責任を持って対応するべきだと思います。また、そのお客様が客室へ移動した後、私への声掛けは一切ありませんでした。この口コミで1番知りたい事がフードオプションやベットの快適さのようですが、はっきり言ってそれ以前の問題だと思います。もう二度と泊まりたくないし誰にもおすすめしたくありません。
